TacStar SideSaddle 6-Round Shell Carrier for Remington 870

TacStar SideSaddle Shotshell Carrier

The TacStar SideSaddle represents a practical solution for shooters who need fast access to additional ammunition during shotgun competitions, training, or field work.

Design and Construction

Durable Materials: The shell carrier is constructed from unbreakable, corrosion-resistant polymer. The mounting plate is machined aluminum—a combination that resists weather and field use without compromising reliability.

Convenient Positioning: The carrier mounts directly to the shotgun receiver, placing six additional rounds in an accessible location for quick reloading. This positioning keeps your sights clear and your shooting hand free.

Installation

The SideSaddle installs without gunsmithing. All necessary mounting screws are included in the package. The design mounts directly to the receiver of compatible shotguns.

Compatibility: Fits Remington 870, 1100, and 1187 shotguns in 12-gauge only.

Note: Some field-grade shotguns may require minor modification to the forend. Shotguns equipped with TacStar pistol grip forends do not require modification.

Practical Application

Whether you're running a defensive course, competing in shotgun sports, or hunting, the SideSaddle gives you six extra rounds within arm's reach. The weatherproof design means it performs in wet conditions without degradation.
