Wilson Combat 188B Blued Magazine Well for 1911

Wilson Combat 188B Magazine Well

Fast magazine changes are essential in competitive shooting and defensive scenarios. Wilson Combat's 188B Magazine Well delivers exactly that—a purposeful upgrade that enhances your 1911's reload speed without compromising the pistol's lines or adding unnecessary weight.

Design and Function

The beveled opening is generously proportioned, allowing you to index and seat magazines with speed and confidence. Whether you're running a match or simply training, this well makes the critical reload smoother and more reliable.

Construction

Manufactured from solid steel and finished in a professional blued coating, the 188B is built to last. The durable finish resists wear and maintains its appearance through years of use.

Installation

The magazine well attaches directly to your 1911's grip screw bushings and is secured by the grip panels themselves—no frame modification required. This is a genuine plug-and-play upgrade.

Note: Minor relief to your grip panels may be necessary for proper fit, unless you're using relieved grips designed for magazine wells.

The Bottom Line

If you're serious about 1911 performance, a quality magazine well is one of the smartest investments you can make. Wilson Combat's 188B delivers proven reliability and speed in a clean, professional package.
