Lee's Long Charging Die works with Auto-Disk, Pro-Disk, and Auto-Drum powder measures for rifle cases from .223 Remington to .300 Winchester Magnum. Handles cases 1.760" to 2.620" long.
The Lee Long Charging Die is an essential component for rifle reloaders using Lee's Auto-Disk, Pro-Disk, or Auto-Drum powder measure systems.
This charging die functions similarly to Lee's pistol powder through-expanding die, with one critical difference: it does not expand the case mouth. Instead, rifle case mouth expansion occurs during the sizing die operation, which is the proper sequence for rifle reloading.
This design ensures consistent powder charging while maintaining the integrity of your rifle cases throughout the reloading process.
For shorter rifle cases measuring .860" to 1.760" in length, use Lee's Short Charging Die instead.
