Hornady InterLock .257 117gr Round Nose Bullets

Proven Big Game Performance

Hornady InterLock bullets represent a time-tested approach to hunting ammunition that has earned the respect of serious hunters across North America. These .257 caliber, 117 grain projectiles combine traditional design principles with modern manufacturing to deliver consistent, reliable terminal performance.

Key Features

• InterLock Ring System: A raised ring inside the jacket is embedded in the bullet's core, keeping the jacket and core locked together during expansion. This prevents jacket/core separation and ensures maximum energy transfer.
• Exposed Lead Tip: Provides controlled expansion characteristics and hard-hitting terminal performance on game.
• Secant Ogive Design: One of the most ballistically efficient bullet profiles ever developed, contributing to flat trajectories and retained velocity.
• One-Piece Construction: Solid core and jacket design maximizes weight retention through the animal.
• Controlled Expansion: Creates a more massive wound channel while maintaining structural integrity for clean, ethical kills.
