Hi-Point 995TS 9mm carbine features a 16.5" barrel, all-weather polymer stock, adjustable sights, folding foregrip, and includes one 10-round magazine. American-made with multiple Picatinny rails.
The Hi-Point 995TS represents what American manufacturing can deliver when cost-consciousness meets solid engineering. This 9mm carbine is built entirely from American parts and assembled in the USA, offering shooters a no-nonsense platform for plinking, training, or home defense.
The 995TS features an all-weather polymer skeletonized stock with an internal recoil buffer that helps manage the mild recoil of 9mm ammunition. The black synthetic furniture is designed to withstand harsh conditions without degradation. At 31 inches overall length with a 16.5" barrel, the carbine strikes a practical balance between maneuverability and sight radius.
The removable folding foregrip provides forward control options while remaining compact when folded. A grip-mounted magazine release puts ammunition changes within easy reach. The manual thumb safety offers straightforward operation. The last-round lock-open feature lets you know when the magazine is empty—a useful training aid.
Fully adjustable sights include a post front sight and peep rear sight ("ghost ring" style), allowing precise zeroing at various distances. Multiple Weaver-style Picatinny rails accommodate optics, lights, or other accessories. The included sling with swivels and scope base provide mounting flexibility.
The 995TS is rated for +P ammunition and accepts all factory 9mm Luger loads. Note that magazines are not compatible with Hi-Point's C9 pistol.
This is a working firearm built for those who value function over flash—a true American-made option for shooters on a budget.
