Haydel's DB85 Deer Bleat Call
The DB85 is a straightforward, effective tool for deer hunters who understand the value of realistic vocalizations in the field.
Design and Function
This open-design acrylic call reproduces the bleat sound of an adult doe with clarity and authenticity. The simple construction means there's nothing to malfunction—just reliable performance when you need it.
Why It Works
Realistic Sound Production — The call generates genuine doe vocalizations that trigger responses from curious or rutting deer. During the rut, a doe's bleat can draw bucks from considerable distances.
Proven Effectiveness — Deer calls have been a staple of serious hunters for decades. This model delivers the acoustic characteristics that work in real hunting situations.
Practical Advantages
- Lightweight and compact for easy pack-in
- Durable acrylic construction withstands field use
- No batteries or moving parts required
- Effective during pre-rut, rut, and post-rut periods
The DB85 belongs in any deer hunter's pack, particularly during the rut when vocalizations are most effective.
