Caldwell AR-15 Mag Charger: Speed Meets Simplicity
The Caldwell AR-15 Mag Charger revolutionizes ammunition handling and magazine loading. Designed for shooters who value efficiency, this speedloader accepts 50 loaded rounds directly from standard ammunition boxes or aftermarket storage containers.
How It Works
The process is straightforward and remarkably fast:
- Align and dump — Position bullet tips and pour a full box of ammunition into the Mag Charger
- Insert magazine — Seat any AR-15 magazine into the device just as you would into a rifle
- Operate plunger — Actuate the plunger back and forth, loading 5 rounds per stroke
The spring-loaded ammo carrier automatically advances, aligning the next five rounds with each cycle. Loading 50 rounds into two magazines takes less than 15 seconds.
Key Features
- Universal compatibility — Works with all AR platform magazines, both mil-spec and molded plastic
- Multiple caliber support — Handles .223 Remington, 5.56 NATO, .204 Ruger, and 300 AAC Blackout
- Durable construction — Polycarbonate build withstands heavy use
- Included transfer tray — Inverts ammunition positioned bullet-down in boxes or stages bulk ammo for loading
- Hands-free alignment — Ammunition automatically aligns without manual handling
