Browning Citori 725 Pro Sporting 20-Gauge

The Citori 725 Pro Sporting: Purpose-Built for Competitive Shooting

The Browning Citori 725 Pro Sporting is engineered from the ground up to enhance your natural shooting instincts. By positioning your eye closer to the barrel axis, this over-and-under shotgun creates a seamless connection between shooter and firearm—allowing you to focus on the target rather than the mechanics of aiming.

Design Excellence

The low-profile receiver is the heart of this design. It sits lower in your hands than conventional over-and-unders, creating superior balance and pointability. The tapered locking bolt engages a full-width tapered recess in the rear barrel lugs, while the hinge pin extends across the entire receiver width for maximum strength and reliability.

Barrel Performance

• 30" ported barrels with polished blued finish reduce recoil and muzzle jump
• Vent top on the barrels aids in sight picture clarity
• Chrome-plated chamber for durability and corrosion resistance
• 2.75" chamber accommodates standard 20-gauge ammunition

Choke System & Trigger Control

The Invector-DS extended choke system provides the most consistent, reliable choke engagement available. Five chokes are included: Full, Improved Modified, Modified, Improved Cylinder, and Skeet. The Triple Trigger System allows you to select from three trigger shoe options—wide checkered, narrow smooth, or wide smooth canted—to match your preferred finger-to-trigger length.

Stock & Comfort

The Grade III/IV black walnut stock features 20 LPI cut checkering for secure grip control. The adjustable comb allows you to fine-tune your cheek weld for consistent sight picture. An Inflex II recoil pad absorbs impact while maintaining a secure fit to your shoulder.

Sighting & Aesthetics

A HiViz Pro-Comp front sight aids target acquisition in varying light conditions. The silver nitride receiver finish is complemented by gold-plated engraving and a gold-plated trigger, creating a firearm that performs as beautifully as it looks.

The Citori 725 Pro Sporting is the choice of serious clay target shooters who demand reliability, balance, and the confidence that comes from a firearm engineered to enhance instinctive shooting.
