MagLula BabyUpLula Pistol Magazine Loader .22LR-.380

The Smart Way to Load Magazines

The MagLula BabyUpLula is a purpose-built magazine loader and unloader that takes the pain and tedium out of preparing ammunition for your shooting sessions. Since 2001, MagLula has been manufacturing professional-grade loading tools trusted by shooters worldwide.

What It Does

This loader is specifically designed for single-stack, narrow-body magazines in calibers from .22LR through .380 ACP. It works with magazines from virtually all manufacturers, as long as they meet the specifications below.

Key Features

• Painless Loading: Rounds simply drop in with zero finger pressure required
• Fast: Loads up to one round per second—roughly three times faster than thumb-loading
• Integrated Unloader: Built-in feature for safely removing rounds
• Universal Fit: Works with most single-stack narrow-body magazines under 1/2" wide
• Durable Construction: High-quality polymer design with no inserts, spacers, or adjustments needed
• Portable: Lightweight (approximately 42 grams) and fits easily in your hand or pocket
• Protects Your Hands and Magazines: Eliminates finger fatigue and prevents magazine damage

Compatible Magazines

The BabyUpLula works with single-stack narrow-body magazines (less than 1/2" wide) with regular or moderate lip angles from manufacturers including Beretta, Browning, Colt, Kimber, Sig Sauer, Taurus, and others.

Important Limitations

This loader does NOT work with:

• Wide-body magazines (over 1/2" wide)
• Magazines with depth greater than 1 1/8"
• Ruger Mark series pistols (use the UpLula X-series instead)
• Glock 42, Ruger LC380, or Sig P290 (use the standard UpLula)
• Colt ACE .22LR magazines

The Bottom Line

If you shoot single-stack pistols in these calibers and load your own magazines, the BabyUpLula will save you time, eliminate hand fatigue, and make range days more enjoyable. It's a small investment that pays dividends in comfort and efficiency.
