Crimson Trace LG-499G Laserguard for H&K VP9/VP40

Crimson Trace LG-499G Laserguard: Precision Green Laser for Modern Duty Pistols

The Crimson Trace LG-499G represents a refined approach to laser-aided shooting. This green laser sight mounts securely around the trigger guard of your Heckler & Koch VP9, VP9SK, or VP40, providing a visible aiming reference that enhances target acquisition in varied lighting conditions.

Key Features

• Green Laser Technology: 5mW peak output at 515-532nm wavelength (Class 3R), offering superior visibility compared to red lasers in daylight and bright environments
• Instinctive Activation: The laser activates automatically when you grip the pistol normally—no fumbling with buttons during critical moments
• User Installation: Mounts in moments without any modification to your firearm
• Full Adjustability: Factory-sighted at 50 feet; windage and elevation adjustments are user-accessible with the included tool
• Master On/Off Switch: Allows complete power-down when the laser is not needed
• Efficient Power: Single 1/3N battery provides approximately two hours of runtime

Practical Advantages

The green laser's longer wavelength makes it particularly effective in bright daylight, where red lasers can fade from view. The grip-activated design means your laser is ready the instant your hand assumes your normal firing position. Whether you're training, competing, or carrying for personal defense, this sight provides an additional aiming reference that can improve shot placement and confidence.

The Laserguard's compact profile maintains the ergonomics of your VP-series pistol while adding a valuable targeting tool that requires no gunsmithing or permanent modifications.
