Barrel & Action
- Barrel: 10.5" 4140 chromoly vanadium with Melonite finish—a treatment harder than chrome that resists wear and corrosion
- Profile: M4 with 1:7 twist rate, optimized for 5.56 NATO ammunition
- Threading: 1/2x28 for standard muzzle devices
- Gas System: Carbine-length with low-profile .750" gas block
- Muzzle Device: A2 flash hider included
Receivers & Controls
Both upper and lower receivers are forged from 7075-T6 aluminum and finished with Type III hard-coat anodizing for durability. MIL-STD components throughout—forward assist, dust cover, safety selector, and fire control group—ensure compatibility and reliability. The bolt carrier group features Melonite treatment, reducing receiver wear and extending service life. Bolt heads are MIL-STD and MPI-inspected for quality assurance.
Handguard & Ergonomics
The 10" RPR free-float handguard keeps your hands away from the barrel, maintaining accuracy while staying cool during extended shooting. M-LOK slots on the sides and bottom provide ample space for lights, lasers, and other tactical accessories. MIL-STD charging handle and pistol-grip controls round out the ergonomic package.
