Superior Ergonomics for AK-Pattern Rifles
The FAB Defense AGR-47 pistol grip transforms the shooting experience on AK-47, AK-74, and compatible platforms. This is not merely a cosmetic upgrade—it's a functional improvement that addresses the fundamental ergonomic shortcomings of standard AK grips.
Multi-Textured Rubber Surface
The grip employs three distinct rubber textures, each engineered for a specific purpose:
- Palm area: Rib-studded pattern for positive purchase and control
- Finger contact zone: Alligator-pattern texture for secure grip without slipping
- Sides: Moon-surface texture for enhanced lateral control
This multi-texture approach provides superior ventilation and moisture management, preventing the sweaty-palm slippage that compromises control during extended shooting sessions.
Extended Beavertail Design
The extended beavertail positions your hand higher on the grip, enabling a firmer, more natural hold. This elevated hand position reduces wrist fatigue and improves overall weapon control during firing sequences.
Practical Storage
An integrated storage compartment with a tight-sealing hinged door provides convenient space for small essentials—cleaning patches, spare batteries, or other necessities—without adding bulk to your rifle.
