Savage 220 Slug Gun 20ga Bolt-Action Shotgun

Redefine Slug Accuracy

The Savage 220 represents a fundamental rethinking of slug gun design. Built on a bolt-action platform that borrows rifle-like precision and reliability, this 20-gauge shotgun delivers the accuracy and control serious slug hunters demand.

Rifle-Grade Engineering

The 220 features a fully rifled, button-rifled 22-inch barrel that transforms a shotgun into a precision instrument. The bolt-action design provides the same mechanical advantage and repeatability you'd expect from a rifle, while the detachable box magazine allows for quick reloads in the field.

Ergonomic Excellence

The AccuStock with AccuFit technology lets you customize the fit to your body. Adjust the length-of-pull and comb height to achieve a natural, comfortable shooting position—critical for accuracy and follow-up shots. The oversized bolt handle ensures positive control even in cold weather or with gloved hands.

Precision Tuning

The user-adjustable AccuTrigger system allows you to fine-tune trigger pull weight to your preference, promoting consistent, clean breaks that enhance accuracy. The receiver is drilled and tapped with a one-piece rail for mounting your choice of optics.

Practical Field Features

• Fully rifled barrel for slug accuracy beyond typical shotgun ranges
• Mossy Oak Break-Up Country camouflage stock for woodland hunting
• Matte black barrel and receiver finish resists glare and corrosion
• Synthetic stock withstands harsh weather and rough handling
• Handles both 2¾" and 3" shells for hunting flexibility

The Savage 220 is purpose-built for hunters who demand accuracy, reliability, and the confidence that comes from a precision-engineered slug gun.
