The Ultimate Compact Tactical Light
The SureFire Stiletto PLR-A represents the pinnacle of pocket-sized illumination. Measuring just 4.5 inches long and weighing a mere 2.8 ounces, this rechargeable flashlight delivers serious performance in a package that disappears into your everyday carry.
Output and Beam Technology
The Stiletto features three selectable output levels:
- 650 lumens for maximum illumination and tactical situations
- 250 lumens for balanced task lighting
- 5 lumens for low-light work and night vision preservation
The MaxVision Beam reflector projects a wide, smooth flood beam ideal for situational awareness. Unlike narrow spotlights, this design lets you see your entire environment clearly.
Controls and Activation
Two distinct switches give you tactical flexibility:
- Primary switch cycles through all three output levels and is fully programmable—choose your preferred sequence from low-to-high or high-to-low
- Tactical switch instantly activates maximum output and includes an optional high-frequency strobe mode for emergency signaling or tactical use
Battery and Charging
The integrated lithium polymer battery is rechargeable via the included MICRO-USB cable charger, eliminating the need for disposable batteries. An LED fuel gauge displays your current charge level at a glance.
Build Quality
The Stiletto's construction reflects SureFire's uncompromising standards:
- Durable polymer body rated IPX7 for water resistance to one meter for 30 minutes
- Mil-spec hard anodized aluminum head assembly resists corrosion
- Melonite-coated spring steel pocket clip for secure, bezel-up carry
- Heavy-duty clip keeps the light accessible and locked in place
The Verdict
The Stiletto is purpose-built for professionals and serious shooters who demand reliable illumination without bulk. Whether you're clearing a room, navigating low-light environments, or simply need dependable everyday carry, this light delivers the edge when darkness demands it.
