Why the 942M Matters

This revolver excels in roles where lightweight, low-recoil performance is essential. The .22 WMR cartridge delivers more velocity and energy than .22 Long Rifle while remaining gentle on the shooter. The compact 2-inch barrel keeps overall length to 6.60 inches, making it suitable for pocket or ankle carry without printing.

The adjustable rear sight allows you to zero the revolver to your specific ammunition and shooting distance. The serrated ramp front sight resists glare and provides a clear sight picture in varied lighting conditions.

Ideal For

• Concealed carry backup or primary weapon
• Recreational shooting and plinking
• Marksmanship training and skills development
• Shooters seeking minimal recoil and manageable handling

The 942M combines Taurus reliability with practical design—a genuine option for those who understand that sometimes smaller and lighter is exactly right.
