Woodhaven Blue Cutter Diaphragm Call
The Blue Cutter is a three-reed diaphragm call engineered for turkey hunters who demand versatility and ease of use in the field.
Design & Construction
Clear Latex Reeds — The call features premium clear latex construction that responds easily to breath control, making it accessible for both experienced callers and those new to diaphragm calls.
Signature Notch Design — A subtle corner notch in the reed configuration enhances tonal control and helps produce the full range of turkey vocalizations.
Sound Characteristics
This call excels at producing the critical sounds that bring turkeys to the gun:
- Front-end yelps — Clean, articulate yelps that cut through the woods and grab attention
- Raspy finishes — Authentic raspy trailing notes that sound like hens in natural conversation
- Overall clarity — The three-reed design delivers consistent, recognizable turkey sounds
Why Choose a Diaphragm Call?
Unlike box or slate calls, a diaphragm call keeps your hands free for your shotgun or bow. The Blue Cutter's responsive latex reeds make it one of the easier diaphragm calls to master, making it an excellent choice whether you're a seasoned turkey hunter or just starting your journey into spring gobbler season.
