Radian Weapons R0025 Complete Upper Receiver

This is a complete upper receiver assembly built to exacting standards for shooters who demand precision and reliability. Every component has been selected and integrated with care.

Construction and Materials

The upper receiver is machined from billet 7075-T6 aluminum, the same material used in aerospace applications. The extended handguard is also aluminum with integrated M-LOK mounting slots, allowing you to attach accessories exactly where you need them. An anti-rotation pin machined from stainless steel locks the upper and handguard together, eliminating any possibility of shift or movement.

Barrel and Gas System

The match-grade barrel is 416R stainless steel with a 223 Wylde chamber—a versatile design that shoots both 5.56 NATO and 223 Remington ammunition with equal reliability. The crown and feed ramps are polished to exacting tolerances. The barrel is threaded for suppressors or muzzle devices. A direct impingement gas system provides reliable operation across a wide range of ammunition.

Bolt Carrier Group and Controls

The bolt carrier group features enhanced black nitride finish for durability and corrosion resistance. The Radian Raptor-SD charging handle is ambidextrous and optimized for suppressed fire, reducing gas blowback. A lightweight forward assist completes the control package.
