Design & Construction

The Impact's lightweight aluminum alloy housing keeps weight minimal while maintaining rigidity. All internal components are captive—nothing moves where it shouldn't. The hammer is wire-EDM machined from S7 tool steel, a material that combines hardness to resist wear with superior impact resistance. This means your trigger will withstand heavy use without chipping or breaking.

Other components are EDM cut from A2 tool steel and heat treated to Rc 56-60 hardness for extended service life. This is precision engineering at an accessible price point.

Installation & Reliability
