Meprolight Hyper-Bright 1911 Sights: Orange/Green

Meprolight Hyper-Bright Sights for Kimber 1911

The Meprolight Hyper-Bright sight system represents a significant upgrade from factory sights, combining proven day and night visibility in a robust, maintenance-free package.

Design and Visibility

These fixed sights employ a dual-illumination strategy that works in all lighting conditions:

• Daytime: The bright orange front sight ring provides exceptional contrast for rapid target acquisition
• Low-light and darkness: Premium Swiss-made tritium vials glow green in both front and rear sights, ensuring reliable aiming when ambient light fails

The U-notch rear sight naturally directs your eye to the top of the front sight, a fundamental principle of accurate shooting.

Construction and Durability

Built from ultralight steel with a snag-free design, these sights are engineered for serious use:

• Drop-proof and shockproof construction
• No batteries—tritium provides continuous illumination 24/7
• Guaranteed 12-year tritium luminance
• Completely maintenance-free operation

Installation and Compatibility

The Hyper-Bright sights install directly on Kimber 1911 Slant models (TLE, Aegis, and Stainless variants) without slide modifications. They maintain compatibility with standard 1911 holsters.
