TruGlo TFO 1911 Government Tritium Fiber Optic Sight Set

TruGlo TFO Sight System for 1911 Government

The fundamental principle of accurate shooting is simple: you must see your sights clearly. TruGlo's TFO (Tritium Fiber Optic) sight system delivers exactly that—a bright, consistent sight picture in virtually any lighting condition.

The Technology

This sight set combines two proven technologies:

• Fiber-optic elements gather ambient light, providing exceptional brightness in daylight and low-light conditions
• Tritium inserts glow continuously without external power, ensuring visibility in complete darkness

The result is a unified sight picture that remains bright and easy to acquire whether you're shooting in blazing sunlight or in darkness. You're not compromising between day sights and night sights—you get both in one system.

Why It Matters

Sights are the foundation of accurate shooting. By ensuring your sights are always visible—whether in bright daylight or complete darkness—you eliminate one variable from the shooting equation. This allows you to focus on the fundamentals that matter: sight picture, trigger control, and follow-through.
