Warne X-Skel 30mm Super High MSR Mount, Dark Earth
Lightweight skeletonized 30mm scope mount for Modern Sporting Rifles. Aircraft-grade aluminum construction with steel inserts, 1.9-inch height, 2-inch forward cantilever. Dark Earth finish.
Warne X-Skel 30mm Super High MSR Mount
The Warne X-Skel represents a thoughtful approach to mounting optics on Modern Sporting Rifle platforms. This is a purpose-built cantilever mount designed for shooters who demand both precision and efficiency.
Design and Construction
Materials and Engineering:
- Aircraft-grade 6061-T6 aluminum body for maximum strength-to-weight ratio
- Steel threaded inserts throughout for steel-on-steel contact at all critical interfaces
- Skeletonized design reduces weight without compromising rigidity
- Flat Dark Earth Cerakote finish for durability and corrosion resistance
Optical Compatibility
This mount accommodates 30mm-diameter scope tubes and is optimized for both:
- Low-power variable optics (LPVO) with larger objective lenses
- Traditional fixed-power scopes requiring additional clearance
Mounting Geometry
The 1.9-inch height places your optic at the correct cheek weld for most MSR platforms while providing 2 inches of forward cantilever. This forward positioning allows larger objective lenses to clear your rifle's charging handle and gas tube—a practical consideration for modern rifle setups.
Performance Features
- Return-to-zero capability ensures your zero remains intact if the mount is removed and reinstalled
- Picatinny rail interface for universal compatibility with MSR-pattern receivers
- Rigid platform for consistent accuracy and reliable optic performance
This is a mount built for shooters who understand that quality optics deserve quality support.
