Savage Arms A22 Precision Lite 22 LR Rifle

Savage Arms A22 Precision Lite: Precision Rimfire Excellence

Accuracy, performance, and balance—three essential ingredients for a rimfire rifle capable of ringing steel at challenging distances. The Savage Arms A22 Precision Lite delivers all three in a semi-automatic platform designed specifically for target shooters who demand competition-ready performance.

Design and Construction

This rifle features a one-piece MDT aluminum chassis machined from billet aluminum, providing a rigid foundation for consistent accuracy. The chassis incorporates:

• Adjustable cheek riser for proper sight alignment
• Length-of-pull spacers (12.75" to 13.75") for a custom fit
• M-Lok slot forends for accessory mounting
• MDT pistol grip for control and comfort

Barrel and Action

The 18" stainless steel barrel features Savage's proven precision button rifling with a 1-in-16 twist rate optimized for 22 LR ammunition. A carbon fiber wrap reduces weight while improving heat dissipation and creating a perfectly balanced rifle. The semi-automatic action cycles reliably and handles 10-round rotary magazines.

Trigger and Controls

The user-adjustable AccuTrigger allows you to fine-tune trigger pull weight for your shooting style. An oversized charging handle ensures positive control, while the 1-piece 20 MOA rail provides ample mounting surface for optics.
