Girsan MCP35 OPS 9mm Pistol - 4.87" Barrel

Girsan MCP35 OPS: Modern High Power Performance

The Girsan MCP35 OPS represents a thoughtful modernization of John Browning's legendary High Power design, combining time-tested principles with contemporary features that appeal to both recreational shooters and competitive marksmen.

Construction & Design

This all-steel pistol features a short recoil operating system that has proven itself across decades of use. The full-size frame accommodates a 15-round staggered-column magazine, providing substantial capacity without sacrificing the ergonomic proportions that make the High Power platform so shootable.

Sights & Controls

• Fiber optic front sight for rapid target acquisition in varying light conditions
• Windage and elevation adjustable rear sight for precision shooting
• Straight, clean-break trigger that breaks predictably for accurate shot placement
• Extended beavertail that prevents hammer bite and improves grip control
• Beveled magwell for faster, more reliable magazine changes

Ergonomics & Handling

The checkered G10 grips provide secure purchase in all conditions, while the accessory rail allows mounting of lights or lasers for tactical applications. At 1.8 pounds, the MCP35 OPS balances substance with shootability—substantial enough for serious work, yet manageable for extended practice sessions.
