Radical Firearms RPR 5.56 16" AR-15 Rifle
The Radical Firearms RPR represents a thoughtful approach to the modern AR-15 platform. Built on proven MIL-STD specifications, this rifle combines accuracy-enhancing features with practical ergonomics for shooters of all experience levels.
Barrel and Action
The heart of this rifle is a 16" 4140 Chrome Moly Vanadium barrel with Melonite finish, chambered in 5.56mm NATO with a 1:7 twist rate. The SOCOM profile barrel features M4 feed ramps and a 1/2x28 thread pitch, allowing you to add suppressors or other muzzle devices. An A2 flash hider comes standard. The mid-length gas system with low-profile .750" gas block provides reliable cycling while managing recoil.
Accuracy and Handling
The 15" RPR free float rail system is the key to this rifle's accuracy potential. By isolating the barrel from the handguard, free floating eliminates vibration that can affect shot placement. The M-Lok mounting system gives you plenty of room for optics, lights, and other tactical accessories without adding unnecessary weight.
Ergonomics and Controls
Radical Firearms equipped this rifle with quality components throughout. The B5 Type 23 pistol grip provides a comfortable, secure hold, while the B5 Bravo stock offers six positions of adjustment to fit different shooters and shooting styles. MIL-STD charging handle and controls ensure familiarity and reliability.
Construction
Forged 7075 T6 aluminum upper and lower receivers with Type III anodizing provide durability and corrosion resistance. The carbine-length MIL-STD buffer tube works with standard AR-15 accessories.
