Taurus TX22 Compact T.O.R.O. .22LR Pistol

Taurus TX22 Compact T.O.R.O. Pistol

The Taurus TX22 Compact represents a refined approach to affordable, reliable rimfire shooting. This single-action pistol is purpose-built for shooters who demand accuracy, capacity, and shootability without unnecessary complexity or expense.

Design and Ergonomics

The TX22 Compact features a thoughtfully engineered compact frame that doesn't sacrifice shootability. At 6.7 inches overall length and weighing just 16.5 ounces unloaded, it remains controllable and practical for a wide range of shooters. The polymer frame incorporates a Picatinny rail for accessory mounting, while the hard-anodized aluminum slide includes lightening cuts that reduce weight without compromising durability.

Accuracy and Optics Ready

All TX22 Compact pistols ship optics-ready from the factory, with a mounting footprint compatible with Shield RMSc and Holosun K optics. Fixed white-dot front sight and drift-adjustable rear sight provide traditional aiming options. The Taurus Performance Trigger System delivers clean, predictable breaks for fast, accurate shots.

Reliability and Capacity

The 10-round staggered-column magazine maximizes capacity while maintaining a compact profile. Two magazines ship with each pistol. The single-action design, combined with manual safety and striker block trigger safety, provides straightforward, reliable operation.
