A Serious Rifle for Serious Hunters
The Bergara B-14 Timber is purpose-built for the left-handed big-game hunter who demands accuracy without compromise. This rifle combines proven engineering with practical hunting features at a price point that respects your budget.
Barrel and Action
The heart of any rifle is its barrel, and Bergara manufactures theirs in Spain using highly automated processes that ensure consistency. The 24" 4140 CrMo steel barrel wears a durable Black Cerakote finish and is drilled and tapped for standard Remington 700-style rings and bases. The super-smooth B-14 action employs a two-lug system with a Sako-style extractor and coned bolt nose and breech—features that guarantee reliable feeding and extraction of the powerful .300 Winchester Magnum cartridge.
Stock and Ergonomics
The Monte Carlo style walnut stock features a raised comb and cheek piece that naturally align your eye with a mounted scope. Bedded integral pillars provide the stability necessary for consistent accuracy, while multiple coats of oil finish protect the wood and enhance its natural beauty. The hinged floor plate magazine holds three rounds plus one in the chamber.
Trigger
Bergara's curved trigger delivers a crisp, clean pull that inspires confidence in the field.
The Bottom Line
This is a rifle that works. It's accurate, reliable, and built to last. For the left-handed hunter who refuses to compromise, the B-14 Timber delivers genuine quality at a fair price.
