The Barricade Stop is a purpose-built hand stop that transforms field expedient shooting rests into stable platforms for accurate fire. Whether you're shooting from a barricade, sandbag, or natural terrain feature, this accessory gives you the control and consistency needed for precision shooting.
Design and Construction
Magpul engineered the Barricade Stop with two critical components working in concert:
- Polymer body provides a lightweight, durable foundation
- Textured steel plate insert offers confident contact with your shooting rest
The steel insert receives a QPQ ferritic nitrocarburized finish for superior wear resistance and corrosion protection. Its slightly curved profile optimizes contact on uneven surfaces while allowing your firearm to pivot smoothly without losing contact with the rest.
Practical Features
Removable insert design means you can replace the steel plate after extended use, extending the life of your hand stop rather than replacing the entire unit.
The stop mounts securely to octagonal M-LOK handguards using the included hardware—two complete sets of M-LOK fasteners give you mounting flexibility.
