The ATLAS Attachment System

Aero's proprietary Aero Taper Lock Attachment System (ATLAS) is engineered for both strength and simplicity. The design features:

• Mirrored tapered locking nuts that distribute clamping pressure evenly across a custom-engineered barrel nut
• Turnbuckle screw for precise, controlled installation
• Ratcheting detent that provides positive registration and prevents over-tightening
• Distortion-free design that maintains handguard integrity during mounting

This approach eliminates the uneven pressure problems common with traditional mounting systems.
