MDT AICS-pattern steel magazine for .308 Winchester and 6.5 Creedmoor. 10-round capacity with binder plate, nitrided steel with Cerakote finish for durability and corrosion resistance.
This is a precision-engineered magazine designed for shooters who demand reliability and durability in their ammunition storage and feeding system.
MDT has engineered these magazines with a distinctive Double Stack to Single Feed (DSSF) transition design that reduces overall height compared to conventional magazines. The magazines are manufactured from high-strength steel, nitrided for hardness, and finished with Cerakote Elite coating inside and out. This multi-layer approach delivers exceptional durability, corrosion resistance, and smooth feeding characteristics.
These magazines are compatible with the following cartridges:
The front binder plate holds cartridges back from the magazine front and guides them past the bottom of the feed ramp. This design works with all AICS-pattern bottom metal and chassis systems. However, shooters using common actions such as Remington 700 and Savage 10/11 should note that receiver modifications—typically notching the bottom of the feed ramp—may be necessary to prevent bullet tips from catching during feeding.
