Rock River Arms AR0784 National Match A4 Upper

Rock River Arms National Match A4 Upper Receiver

This is a purpose-built upper receiver assembly designed for shooters who demand accuracy. Rock River Arms has engineered this complete upper to deliver the kind of precision performance that serious competitors and dedicated marksmen expect.

Barrel and Chamber Specifications

The heart of this upper is a 20-inch air-gauged stainless steel barrel with a 1:8 twist rate. The barrel features cryogenic treatment—a process that enhances durability and consistency. The .223 Wylde chamber accepts both 5.56mm NATO and .223 Remington ammunition, giving you flexibility in your ammunition selection without compromising accuracy.

Handguard and Rail System

The 12.5-inch free-float aluminum handguard isolates the barrel from external pressure, a critical feature for match-grade accuracy. Three modular 11.625-inch rifle-length rails provide mounting points for optics, lights, and other accessories. This modular design lets you configure your rifle exactly as you need it.

Gas System and Controls

A railed gas block sight base gives you options for mounting iron sights or other accessories. The A2 flash hider reduces muzzle flash and is threaded 1/2-28 for suppressor compatibility if desired.

What's Included

This complete upper arrives ready to function, including a bolt carrier group and charging handle assembly. Simply mate it to a compatible lower receiver to build your rifle.

The Bottom Line

If you're serious about accuracy—whether for competition, precision shooting, or simply demanding the best from your rifle—this upper receiver delivers the quality and performance you deserve.
