Weatherby Select Plus 6.5 PRC Ammunition

Weatherby Select Plus represents the pinnacle of factory ammunition engineering, combining proven magnum design principles with premium bullet construction for hunters and precision shooters who demand the best.

The 6.5 PRC Advantage

The 6.5 Precision Rifle Cartridge was introduced in 2018 as a modern alternative to the 6.5 Creedmoor. This cartridge delivers over 200 feet per second more velocity than the Creedmoor while maintaining excellent accuracy and ballistic efficiency. The 6.5 PRC has quickly become the choice of serious hunters and long-range competitors.

Premium Performance

Velocity and Trajectory: The 124-grain Hammer Custom bullet launches at 3100 fps, providing a flat shooting trajectory that minimizes holdover at extended ranges.

Hammer Custom Bullets: These solid copper projectiles are engineered for consistent expansion and deep penetration. They deliver reliable performance on game animals while maintaining accuracy across varying distances.

Weatherby Quality: Weatherby's reputation for ballistics excellence is evident in every round. Select Plus ammunition is loaded to exacting standards using premium components.

Versatility

Select Plus ammunition pairs Weatherby's magnum design with bullets from industry leaders including Barnes, Hornady, Swift, Berger, and Nosler. This gives you the flexibility to choose the right load for your specific hunting or shooting application.
