Smith & Wesson Response 9mm PCC Rifle 16.5" 23rd

Smith & Wesson Response: Modern Pistol Caliber Carbine

The Smith & Wesson Response opens the pistol caliber carbine market to shooters of all experience levels. This is a purpose-built platform that respects the fundamentals while embracing modern ergonomics and versatility.

The FLEXMAG Advantage

The Response's standout feature is its innovative FLEXMAG system. Rather than locking you into a single magazine ecosystem, FLEXMAG magazine well adapters let you use a wide range of double-stack 9mm pistol magazines from Smith & Wesson, Glock, and other manufacturers. This flexibility means you can leverage magazines you may already own, or choose the option that best suits your needs.

Familiar Controls, Easy Transition

If you've spent time behind an AR-platform rifle, the Response will feel immediately comfortable. The controls follow the MSR (Modern Sporting Rifle) standard, making the transition seamless. The flat-face trigger delivers a crisp break suitable for both range work and defensive applications.
