Kel-Tec SU22 22LR Carbine
The SU22 represents a modern approach to rimfire carbine design, combining reliability with practical features for shooters of all skill levels.
Operating System
This carbine operates on a simple and proven blowback principle. The heart of the system is a 4140 steel bolt that rides on steel guide rails machined into the polymer receiver. This design ensures smooth operation and longevity. The recoil spring is positioned above the barrel for efficient energy management, while the ejector is integrated into one of the guide rails for reliable case removal.
