Shadow Systems MR920 War Poet: Purpose-Built Performance
The MR920 War Poet represents a collaboration between Shadow Systems and renowned instructor John Lovell, bringing Warrior Poet Society philosophy to a modern duty pistol. This is a firearm designed by shooters, for shooters.
Design Philosophy
Every detail reflects intentional engineering. The slide features aggressively angled serrations on the front, rear, and topside—machined to provide positive grip purchase in all conditions. A weight-balancing window cut reduces slide mass while maintaining reliability and sight radius.
Optics Ready
The MR920 War Poet ships with a Holosun 507C red dot sight mounted to Shadow Systems' patented multi-footprint optic cut. This allows direct, strong mounting of most modern red dot sights without adapters or compromise.
Sights and Controls
- Tritium front night sight with serrated rear sight
- Flat-face trigger with red trigger shoe for positive engagement
- Textured wraparound grip and backstrap for secure handling
