Developed in collaboration with active-duty medical personnel, the ReFlex IFAK represents a thoughtful approach to emergency medical readiness. This two-piece system combines a dedicated med roll with a carrier designed for rapid access to critical supplies.

Design Philosophy
The ReFlex system was engineered around the medical supplies found in the U.S. Army-issued IFAK, ensuring compatibility with standard military medical kits. The two-piece configuration allows you to organize supplies in the med roll while keeping the carrier ready for rapid deployment when seconds matter.
The heavy-duty nylon laminate construction provides reliable performance in demanding conditions, while the thoughtful layout ensures you can access critical supplies quickly and efficiently.
