Blade Specifications

Hogue equipped the A01-Microswitch with a 2.75-inch drop point blade crafted from CPM 154 stainless steel—a proven material that balances edge retention with corrosion resistance. The blade stock measures 0.120 inches thick and is hardened to 57-59 HRC, providing a robust edge that holds up to demanding tasks.

The blade receives a black Cerakote finish for durability and a professional appearance. Hogue's hand-honed hollow grind ensures the edge arrives sharp and ready for work.

Handle and Deployment

The frame is constructed from 6061-T6 hard anodized aluminum in matte black, keeping weight to a practical 2.9 ounces. The automatic button deployment mechanism is intuitive: press the button, and the blade locks open instantly. A manual safety prevents accidental deployment during carry.

The ambidextrous pocket clip accommodates both right and left-handed users with tip-up carry orientation. An impact pommel adds utility and durability.
