Design and Construction

This second-generation adapter converts standard 1/2x28 barrel threads to 1.375x24 suppressor threads, allowing direct mounting of industry-standard suppressors. The design philosophy centers on two principles: add as little length as possible and keep weight to an absolute minimum.

Manufactured from 6AL-4V Grade 5 titanium and finished with a dark gray rainbow PVD coating, the adapter weighs just 0.9 ounces. The generation 2 design improves upon its predecessor by extending the rear wrench flats by 0.125 inches and opening the internal volume, resulting in a lighter overall package.
