The Modern AK Rifle
The CMMG Resolute MK47 represents a thoughtful marriage of two rifle traditions: the reliability and cartridge availability of the 7.62x39 round with the ergonomic superiority and modularity of the AR-15 platform.
Design and Functionality
This rifle accepts standard AK-47 style magazines, ensuring reliable feeding with the widest possible selection of ammunition and magazines. The AR-15 control layout—familiar to millions of shooters—makes the MK47 intuitive to operate, manipulate, and customize.
Handguard and Accessory Mounting
The 15" EML handguard features M-LOK attachment slots positioned at the 3, 6, 9, and 12 o'clock positions. This comprehensive mounting system accommodates lights, lasers, grips, and other tactical accessories exactly where you need them.
Factory-Installed Features
CMMG equips the MK47 with quality components from their ZEROED line:
- Drop-in single-stage trigger for crisp, predictable breaks
- Ambidextrous safety with 60/90-degree throw for both left and right-handed shooters
- Ambi charging handle for seamless operation from either shoulder
- Muzzle brake to manage recoil and muzzle rise
- Polymer dust cover to protect the receiver
- Magpul 30-round PMAG included
The Modern Bronze finish provides both aesthetic appeal and corrosion resistance. This is a rifle built to work.
