One-Handed Toolless Takedown Lever Magpul's innovative takedown lever eliminates the need to fight high-tension springs when installing or removing the stock. The lever operates smoothly with one hand and requires no tools—a genuine improvement over traditional designs. A padlock icon clearly indicates whether the stock is locked or unlocked, and once locked, the lever cannot be removed from the receiver extension, preventing accidental separation during length-of-pull adjustments.

Streamlined A-Frame Profile The design avoids snagging on gear and shields the release latch from accidental activation. The partially recessed takedown lever maintains this low-snag profile while remaining accessible when needed.
