Construction & Weight

High Speed Gear engineered the Gen 2 using laser-cut nylon laminate wrapped over a woven thermoplastic core. This hybrid approach delivers nearly 20% weight savings compared to the original TACO, a meaningful reduction when you're carrying multiple pouches or running extended operations.

Retention & Mounting

Integrated shock cord provides adjustable retention, keeping your magazines secure without over-constraining access. The back features 1/2-inch interval MOLLE webbing, enabling both traditional MOLLE mounting to vests and plate carriers, as well as direct belt attachment for those who prefer minimalist setups.
