The Griffin Armament GSM1.425H30MM represents a thoughtful approach to modern optics mounting. Machined in-house from lightweight aircraft-grade 6061-T6 aluminum, this 30mm mount delivers the precision and durability demanded by serious shooters.
Design Innovation
The patented split-ring design positions the rings on two parallel but offset planes—a departure from conventional mounting systems. This geometry accomplishes two things: it maintains rigid optical alignment while creating five distinct mounting surfaces for accessories.
Accessory Interface Suite (AIS)
The real strength of this mount lies in its modular accessory ecosystem. The dowel pin alignment system supports Griffin's Accessory Interface Suite, allowing you to mount equipment on five surfaces:
- Top of the mount
- Left and right sides
- 45-degree left and right offset positions
This ambidextrous flexibility means you can configure your rifle for your specific needs without compromise.
Rapid Transition Optics (RTO) Compatibility
Griffin engineered RTO plates to position secondary red dots on optical centerline with the stock comb. This anatomically correct positioning allows rapid target acquisition with a simple roll of the rifle—ideal for shooters who employ multiple optics.
Supported optics include: Griffin Micro Sight, Aimpoint Acro, Trijicon RMR and SRO, Holosun 507C/407C/508C, Vortex Venom and Viper, Sig Romeo, Leupold Deltapoint, and many others. Picatinny AIS plates are also available for additional flexibility.
