FN Reflex MRD 9mm Manual Safety Micro-Compact

The FN Reflex MRD: Precision Concealed Carry

The FN Reflex MRD represents a thoughtful approach to the micro-compact pistol—a firearm designed for those who demand both shootability and genuine concealability. This is not a compromise gun; it is a purpose-built instrument for everyday carry.

Design Philosophy

The Reflex prioritizes what matters: a thin profile that won't print under cover garments, an internal hammer for snag-free draw, and multiple redundant safeties for peace of mind. At just 1 inch wide and 18.4 ounces, it disappears into a quality holster without broadcasting its presence.

Mechanical Excellence

Trigger and Accuracy: The single-action-only trigger breaks cleanly at 4.5 to 5.5 pounds, delivering the kind of refined fire control that allows shooters to stack tight groups instinctively. The 5.05-inch sight radius—generous for a gun this size—supports match-grade accuracy.

Barrel and Reliability: A cold hammer-forged 3.3-inch barrel ensures durability and consistent performance. The 1:10 right-hand twist stabilizes modern 9mm ammunition reliably.

Practical Features

• Optics Ready: Compatible with Shield RMSc and Holosun 507K micro red dot footprints, allowing shooters to add modern optics without gunsmithing
• Tritium Sights: High-visibility front sight with orange-painted ring and rear double-dot sight for rapid target acquisition in all light conditions
• Accessory Rail: Non-proprietary slimline rail accepts SureFire XSC 43X and Streamlight TLR-7sub compact lights
• Ergonomics: Multi-faceted grip texture and reversible magazine release accommodate both right and left-handed shooters
• Finish: Long-wearing PVD coating resists corrosion and wear
