B&P 12B18D9 Heavy Dove & Quail 12 Gauge Shotshells

B&P Heavy Dove & Quail Shotshells

The B&P Heavy Dove & Quail line represents a thoughtful approach to upland hunting ammunition. These 12 gauge shells are purpose-built for dove and quail hunting, delivering the pattern density and range extension that serious hunters demand.

Key Features

• Gauge & Load: 12 gauge, 2.75" shells with 1 1/8 oz of #9 shot
• Gordon Technology: Advanced wad design reduces felt recoil while maintaining consistent performance
• Optimized Combustion: Conical base wad geometry ensures efficient powder burn and reliable ballistics
• Pattern Performance: Engineered to deliver devastating, consistent patterns at hunting distances

Design & Performance

The Gordon case wad system is the heart of this ammunition's design. Its conical shape optimizes powder combustion, while the four concentric rings in the base create a slightly larger diameter than the shell body. This geometry reduces pressure development and, more importantly, significantly limits recoil transmission to the shooter.

The result is softer shooting without sacrificing the pattern density and velocity needed for effective bird hunting. Whether you're working a field for doves or hunting quail coveys, these shells deliver the performance and shootability that make for a successful day afield.

Packaging
