Design & Construction

Machined Excellence: The AUS is machined from a single piece of billet 7075-T6 aluminum—the same material specification used in aerospace applications. This approach eliminates weak points inherent in welded or assembled designs.

Finish: MIL-STD Type III, Class 2 hard anodize coating provides superior corrosion resistance and durability. The black anodized finish is both functional and aesthetically refined.

Mounting System

The anti-snag spring-loaded nitrided steel clamp attaches securely to any M1913 Picatinny rail. The custom bolt system can be tightened with either a 5/32 hex key or flat blade driver, sitting flush with the mount body for a clean, low-profile design that won't snag on gear or obstruct your workspace.
