Why This Rifle Works
The 308 Winchester remains one of the most versatile centerfire cartridges available. It delivers sufficient power for medium to large game, shoots flat enough for precision target work, and ammunition is readily available. The Vandal Prime's lightweight carbon fiber stock keeps overall weight manageable without sacrificing rigidity—a critical factor in accuracy.
The spiral fluting on the barrel serves dual purposes: it reduces weight while increasing surface area for cooling. Combined with the TriggerTech trigger and Stiller action, this rifle is configured for shooters serious about precision.
