Important Considerations
If you're using Lee dies manufactured in 1986 or later, this taper crimp die offers minimal advantage, as those dies already incorporate a modified taper crimp geometry. This die is most beneficial when working with older Lee equipment or addressing specific crimp issues with other die sets.
When using jacketed bullets, ensure they feature a crimp groove (cannelure) for proper engagement with the die. Shotgun primers and cast bullets may require different approaches.
