Caldwell Lead Sled Weight Reservoir 2-Pack
Adding weight to your Lead Sled shooting rest is straightforward with these purpose-built weight reservoirs. Whether you're fine-tuning your rest for precision rifle work or adjusting for different shooting positions, these bags provide the flexibility you need.
Key Features
- Durable Construction: 600D Cordura nylon outer shell with leakproof internal bladder
- Wide-Mouth Opening: Easy filling with water, sand, gravel, or other weight materials
- Flexible Capacity: Each reservoir holds 1.2 gallons—approximately 20 lbs. of water or 33 lbs. of sand
- Collapsible Design: Folds flat when empty for convenient storage
- Secure Attachment: Tensioning strap keeps bags firmly seated in the weight tray
- Two-Pack: Each rest can accommodate two reservoirs for maximum adjustability
Compatibility
These weight reservoirs are designed for use with Caldwell Lead Sled 4 and Lead Sled DFT 3 shooting rests. The adjustable weight trays on both models accommodate two reservoir bags, allowing you to dial in the exact weight distribution needed for your shooting application.
Why Weight Matters
A properly weighted shooting rest reduces recoil, minimizes movement between shots, and helps you focus on technique rather than managing the firearm. These reservoirs let you customize your rest's weight profile without permanent modifications.
