CMMG Banshee MK47 7.62x39 8" Pistol with Brace
CMMG's Banshee MK47 combines the reliability of AK-pattern magazines with modern AR ergonomics in a compact 8-inch pistol platform. Features M-LOK handguard and stabilizing brace.
The Modern Compact Carbine Alternative
The CMMG Banshee MK47 represents a thoughtful solution to a persistent problem: reliable 7.62x39mm performance in a modern, ergonomic platform. Rather than forcing this cartridge into standard AR magazines—where feeding issues are common—CMMG engineered the MK47 to accept proven AK-pattern magazines. This is not a compromise; it is clarity of purpose.
Design and Engineering
The MK47 platform occupies the middle ground between full-size AR systems and ultra-compact designs. It incorporates CMMG's PowerBolt Technology and other beefier components without the unnecessary weight and bulk that plague many competing designs. The result is a firearm that handles like a modern carbine while chambering a cartridge favored by shooters worldwide.
