Winchester Xpert Target 22 LR Thumbhole Rifle

Winchester Xpert Target 22 LR Rimfire Rifle

The Winchester Xpert Target represents a thoughtful evolution in rimfire rifle design, combining the proven accuracy principles of Winchester's centerfire platforms with features specifically engineered for the .22 LR cartridge.

Trigger and Accuracy

At the heart of this rifle lies Winchester's Rimfire M.O.A. Trigger—a three-lever design that eliminates the common frustrations of rimfire shooting. Zero creep, zero take-up, and zero over-travel combine to produce a glass-breaking trigger pull that rewards precision technique. The button-rifled barrel features a target crown and semi-match Bentz chamber, ensuring consistent shot placement from the first round.

Mechanical Features

• 18-inch threaded bull barrel with thread protector for suppressor-ready capability
• Hemispherical firing pin for reliable ignition
• Extended bolt handle for smooth, controlled cycling
• Picatinny optics rail for modern scope mounting
• Ambidextrous magazine releases positioned on sides and bottom for either-hand operation
• Receiver-mounted safety tucked into the rear for intuitive access
• Sling swivel studs for field carry options

Stock and Ergonomics

The brown laminate thumbhole stock provides a secure, repeatable shooting position. The adjustable comb and length of pull accommodate different shooter profiles and optic heights, making this rifle equally at home on the bench or in competition.

Magazine Compatibility

The rifle ships with one rotary magazine and accepts aftermarket 10/22-pattern magazines, providing flexibility and cost-effective ammunition capacity options.

This is a rifle built for shooters who understand that .22 LR precision demands the same attention to detail as any centerfire platform.
