Rise Armament RA-22ARC-CU-GRY-18 Complete Upper Receiver

This is a purpose-built upper receiver assembly for the modern AR-15 platform, chambered in 22 ARC—a cartridge that delivers rifle performance in a compact package.

Barrel

The 18-inch barrel is manufactured from 416R stainless steel and button-rifled for consistent accuracy. Each barrel is air-gauged and tested to ensure quality control. The threaded muzzle accepts standard suppressors and muzzle devices.

Handguard and Rail System

The free-floating skeletonized aluminum handguard reduces weight without sacrificing strength. A continuous Picatinny rail runs along the 12 o'clock position for mounting optics and accessories. M-LOK slots provide additional mounting flexibility. Four threaded steel sling swivel QD inserts are integrated into the handguard for secure attachment points. The snag-free front design prevents catching on gear during handling.

Charging Handle and Bolt Carrier Group

The ambidextrous charging handle works equally well for right- or left-handed shooters and improves usability when wearing gloves or operating with mounted optics. The premium bolt carrier group features a 9310 bolt that is individually MPI tested for reliability. The gas key is staked, and the entire group wears a durable black nitride finish for corrosion resistance.

Receiver

The forged billet aluminum receiver provides a solid foundation for this upper assembly.
